At Ever So Magical Designs we are committed to providing high-quality, magically inspired items that exceed our customers' expectations. However, we acknowledge that sometimes issues may arise with your purchase. Please review our return policy below and feel free to email us if you have any questions or concerns.

• * If the issue was caused by our mistake or error, we'll do everything possible to make it right. Just email us and let us know what happened. We'll fix the issue at no cost to you; we'll cover all shipping and handling charges.
• * If the issue was caused by a product defect, we will accept the item back, fix it or provide a replacement promptly. If we are unable to replace your exact item due to stock, you will receive a refund for your exact amount back to the original payment method, OR shop credit.
• * If the issue was caused by a size or item selection mistake, we will accept the item back, but you will be responsible for shipping costs to and from our location.
• * We do not provide free returns for general dissatisfaction with your item. It is important to review the size charts and ensure the item will fit prior to purchasing.

• Items on our site may utilize our custom mockups, and not have images of the actual product. Images taken in different lighting may affect colors shown. Although we try to be as accurate as possible, please note that scale, colors and details of the garment may vary slightly and refunds will not be issued for items based on this observation.
